About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Brand Performance to join our team at Landor. As a key member of our Brand Performance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Insights: Act as a data-driven consultant to Landor colleagues and clients, designing and executing project approaches to connect and analyze disparate data sources, generating actionable insights that impact clients and their business.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Collaborate on projects with Strategy, Design, and Client Services as a fully integrated team to create world-class agile brands that unlock business growth.
  • Research and Analysis: Design, manage, and analyze data from primary research studies to support our Brand Performance tools, such as brand equity and future impact modeling, brand monetization and valuation, brand portfolio optimization, and brand-led business case development.
  • Proposal Development: Support the Growth and Client Services teams to develop proposals, pitch materials, and articulate scopes of work, defining the Brand Performance plan for each client with creativity, precision, and efficiency.
  • Methodology Development: Support the Global Brand Performance team to enhance, evolve, and create new offerings and methodologies.
  • Supplier Management: Identify and manage Brand Performance supplier relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner and collaborate with the Global Brand Performance team and mentor/coach junior Brand Performance team members.
  • Brand Advocacy: Be a champion and advocate for Brand Performance within Landor, effectively communicating what we do, how we do it, and examples of our impact.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience in brand consulting or business consulting with a clear understanding of how brand contributes to business success.
  • Industry Expertise: Ideally with experience in B2C categories, such as CPG, Retail, and other consumer-facing categories.
  • Methodology Expertise: Experience working with applied modeling methodologies across a range of quantification, measurement, and future-facing modeling approaches, including financial models, ROI measurement, brand valuation, commercial KPI establishment, and predictive modeling tools.
  • Insight Generation: Proven ability to identify and communicate insights from research and data into actionable recommendations and implications on client brand and business strategies, with proven strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with a keen ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing and growing client relationships.
  • New Business Development: Experience in developing, pitching, and winning new business.
