We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program at Edenbridge Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction, and oversight to ensure the program's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Provide leadership and direction to the program team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as accreditation standards
  • Develop and manage the program's budget, including revenue and cost management
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders
  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing and outreach strategies
  • Ensure the program's quality and safety standards are met, including participation in the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) committee
  • Lead by example, motivate staff, and demonstrate an ethic of open communication and teamwork
Requirements
  • Master's degree in administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on PACE or similar programs
  • Proven track record of successful program development and management
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations, as well as accreditation standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication

Edenbridge Health is a partnership between Tri Health, Edenbridge, and the Council on Aging. Our mission is to create a PACE program that includes health and community organizations committed to meeting the individual needs of PACE participants residing in Hamilton and surrounding counties.
