Our clientele consists of consumer products companies and printers, and we assist them by offering a comprehensive range of services, from brand strategy and packaging design to adaptive design across various print and digital platforms, as well as color management and the production of printing plates.
As we embark on our growth initiatives, we are enhancing our marketing department's capabilities and are seeking to recruit a Marketing and Sales Associate. This role will involve identifying opportunities to effectively communicate our message to our target audience, deploying messaging and assets, analyzing outcomes, and reporting findings to the sales and marketing team.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee four company websites to ensure engaging content, imagery, and copy.
- Implement SEO best practices across our digital platforms.
- Develop and manage a content calendar for social media properties as needed.
- Create, manage, and execute Google ad campaigns, including reporting and learning from analytics.
- Stay informed about advancements and capabilities in digital and social marketing.
- Coordinate trade conferences, including booking, speaking submissions, and the development and shipment of all necessary assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on program KPIs, tracking, analyzing, and reporting results.
- Assist the marketing team in crafting content for sales presentations.
- Identify the needs of business managers for content or other sales support and work to create or curate suitable assets.
- Analyze competitors' marketing and communication strategies.
- Develop and implement a best-in-class Sales & Marketing sharing process.
- Assist with the completion of RFPs.
- Manage the agenda and required technology for monthly and annual Sales & Marketing meetings.
Qualifications Include:
- Proficiency in business software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Acrobat.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Experience in digital and social marketing.
- Strong data analysis skills.
