About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional image when interacting with patients, their families, physicians, employees, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing various projects as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of secretarial/clerical experience.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
