Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager Senior to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with business banking clients in assigned business segments and geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional client service and drive business growth.
  • Manage and analyze client portfolios to ensure quality, risk, and adherence to policy.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with a focus on commercial lending and credit analysis.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, policies, and procedures, as well as regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
