Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Banking professional to join our team at City National Bank. As a Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional client service and support.
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment to ensure sound lending decisions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including credit analysis, underwriting, and treasury management.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure City National Bank remains competitive.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong background in credit and sales.
  • Strong credit and lending understanding and experience, with the ability to conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including credit analysis, underwriting, and treasury management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
