Job Summary

Arbor Lodging is a leading hotel investment and management company seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and guest information
  • Develop and implement effective communication systems to ensure seamless guest interactions
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to maximize revenue through occupancy and rate adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding health, safety, and alcohol services

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of previous hotel front desk experience required
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances preferred
