Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Palette Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist with front desk and accounting duties, including producing nightly reports
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures
  • Support the Night Auditor with front desk and accounting duties

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of front desk experience
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • High level of IT proficiency
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish
