Front Desk Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Palette Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with front desk and accounting duties, including producing nightly reports
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures
- Support the Night Auditor with front desk and accounting duties
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of front desk experience
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
- High level of IT proficiency
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish
