Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bell Person to join our team at Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with luggage, baggage, and packages, ensuring their safe and secure handling
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel facilities, amenities, and services
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer telephone calls in accordance with Loews Hotels Star Service standards
  • Be familiar with hotel emergency procedures and provide necessary information to guests
  • Transport guests to and from recreation areas in a safe and timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Requirements
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration with colleagues
  • Notify management promptly of any problems or unusual matters
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Comply with hotel safety regulations and procedures
  • Attend hotel meetings and training sessions to stay updated on hotel information and changes
