Due to our rapid growth, we are in search of our next sales leader to join our team on a commission-only basis, offering uncapped earning potential in a genuine meritocratic environment.

The Opportunity:

  • Compensation - $156K-$320K OTE with uncapped earning potential (Commission-based).
  • Growth - Open Head of Sales position available at $400k+ / year.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Close high-value deals with wealth managers overseeing $50-500m+ in assets.
  • Conduct 6-7 Zoom meetings daily with pre-qualified, motivated prospects (no cold calling required).
  • Guide decision-makers towards confident, same-day commitments.
  • Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Effectively manage your sales pipeline and follow-up processes.
  • Participate in team training sessions and continuously enhance your skills.
