Clarify is looking for a Solutions Manager to support commercial success and accelerate growth. In this individual contributor role, you will partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, data, and product teams to support sales efforts and build industry leading solutions while driving product-market focus. You will work closely with key stakeholders across payer, provider, and other healthcare technology organizations by providing subject matter expertise, deeply understanding customer business challenges, and showcasing Clarify data and solutions to meet customer specific needs. You will become an expert on Clarify's differentiation and value, and will use that to drive end-to-end support for complex deals, while building important customer relationships. We are looking for an individual proficient in SQL, with strong working knowledge of claims data and clinical coding systems.

The Role

  • The Solutions Manager will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, data, and strategy to understand market needs, and inform product positioning
  • Driving client partnership development and supporting sales conversations as an SME, including bringing healthcare and analytics expertise
  • Engaging with prospective customers, including meeting with the most senior external team members to understand their key challenges, and configuring solutions to address their needs
  • Actively using payer, provider, and healthcare industry knowledge to articulate data driven use cases when partnering on complex commercial opportunities
  • Designing, scripting and delivering demos and data deliverables for sales meetings
  • Becoming a product expert and trusted resource within the Solutions team and cross-functional teams
  • Providing training and coaching for peers, new hires, and sales counterparts to support ongoing commercial enablement activities
  • Performing data analyses and producing data driven content to support customer and prospective customer engagement
  • Actively serving as a thought leader for Clarify products externally (e.g., work with Marketing to publish articles and blog posts, host webinars, attend and speak at conferences)

What we are looking for

  • We are always looking for new team members who will add to our culture and have a strong passion for impact. In particular, the Solutions Manager will have:
  • 5+ years of claims data and healthcare analytics experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, growth, business development, or solution engineering roles
  • Strong working knowledge of claims data and clinical coding systems (ICD10 diagnosis codes, ICD10 procedure codes, CPT codes, revenue codes, provider NPI codes, NDC Rx codes
  • Past experience in a sales enablement capacity a plus (e.g., demos, solution architect role, serving as an SME in sales meetings)
  • Deep understanding of the challenges faced by payers, providers, and health tech including fluency in value-based care priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex healthcare requirements into actionable data analytic solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • High attention to detail and ability to independently produce high quality outputs
  • Thrives in a dynamic start-up environment with change and ambiguity
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Some travel (up to 10%) may be required
