Senior Manager, Commercial Sales

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Commercial Sales to lead and manage a team of sales professionals in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and product development plans.
- Implement and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- 5+ years of proven success mentoring and coaching.
- Experience closing complex deals that are at least $500k or greater.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use sales data to drive decision-making.
- Market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $121,238,400.00.
