We are looking for a skilled Senior Account Manager to enhance our Independent Agency operations. This role demands a professional with extensive experience in overseeing commercial accounts across diverse sectors. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering strong connections among clients, insurance providers, and our support team.

  • Oversee annual marketing initiatives and negotiations with carriers
  • Deliver comprehensive cost and coverage evaluations
  • Advise clients on mid-term policy adjustments
  • Facilitate claim review discussions for selected accounts
  • Assess potential risks and requirements through client site visits

The ideal candidate must possess a P&C License, and while advanced certifications are advantageous, they are not mandatory. A solid understanding of various insurance products and proficient negotiation capabilities with carriers are critical. Furthermore, exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, are vital for providing exemplary service to our clients. A background in Risk Management is preferred.
