Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Roofing Service Salesperson to join our team at Progressive Roofing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new relationships with commercial, industrial, and government clients to sell profitable preventive roof maintenance agreements, restoration coating systems, and corrective roof repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop new business opportunities and relationships with clients to sell commercial roofing services, including preventive maintenance agreements, restoration coating systems, and corrective roof repairs.
  • Proposal and Estimating: Prepare and present proposals and estimates to clients, including detailed cost breakdowns and project timelines.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property and facilities managers, general contractors, and manufacturer representatives.
  • Cost Estimating and Analysis: Analyze roofs, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for clients.
  • Project Management: Work with project managers, purchasing, and management to prepare and evaluate bids, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of verifiable estimating experience specific to commercial roofing, preferably with a focus on service and/or coating restoration work.
  • Skills: Fluent in Microsoft Office suite software, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
