Operations Support Supervisor

The Assistant Manager of Operations will play a crucial role in our airport leadership team, reporting directly to the General Manager while overseeing and enhancing daily operational activities at the station. The successful candidate will excel in a dynamic environment and serve as a proactive mentor for security, customer service, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Dedicate 80% of time engaging directly with customers in the airport setting.
- Ensure adherence to CLEAR and TSA policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of security and integrity.
- Oversee and promote security, service, and sales performance during each shift.
- Conduct shift briefings, debriefs, and huddles, managing changes, breaks, and rotations effectively.
- Coach, mentor, and train team members to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
- Manage asset control and devices, possessing a solid understanding of technology to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Act as a representative of CLEAR within the airport, TSA, and airline community by fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Handle incident prevention and response protocols.
- Participate in station management team meetings.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment (e.g., retail, hospitality, restaurants, rental services).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and influence team members.
- Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at managing various tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology as part of daily operations.
- Ability to successfully complete a government background investigation.
- Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to following established policies and procedures set by CLEAR, as well as airport, state, and federal regulations.
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and/or evenings.
