Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Operations Lead to oversee our janitorial operations at the Seatac Airport location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and a proven track record in managing cleaning teams and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of janitorial staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure the timely completion of all assigned cleaning tasks according to established standards and client specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of timecards, payroll, and inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess cleanliness, safety compliance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management regarding operational updates, concerns, and solutions.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to address employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance cleaning procedures and optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Janitorial Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
