Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Community Operations Supervisor for a premium 55+ manufactured home community located in Sea Tac, Washington. This full-time role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rent Collection:
    • Collect and deposit all space rents and additional fees promptly on collection day.
    • Follow up on overdue or delinquent rents.
    • Issue late rent notifications and participate in eviction processes as required.
  • Rental Agreement and Compliance Enforcement:
    • Ensure adherence to Rental Agreements and community rules and regulations, in line with company policies.
    • Oversee the placement of RVs and manufactured homes within the community.
    • Verify compliance with home standards, community regulations, and applicable governmental codes.
    • Issue non-compliance notifications and engage in eviction proceedings when necessary.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain comprehensive tenant files and records.
    • Review tenant applications, screen prospective tenants, and finalize rental agreements.
    • Promote available homes and vacant spaces.
    • Keep the community inventory and vendor/supplier lists updated.
    • Distribute important notices to tenants.
    • Manage the community water meter monitoring system.

Time Commitment: This position requires on-site presence during established office hours.

Additional Information: Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $21 to $23.
