Gpac is collaborating with a reputable contractor to find a skilled Project Manager/Estimator. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, a strong sense of urgency, and the capability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment aimed at achieving comprehensive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
  • Create detailed project plans, encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource distribution
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Analyze and interpret construction documents, schematics, and blueprints
  • Track project advancement and ensure compliance with established timelines and budgets
  • Conduct routine site inspections to assess workmanship and construction quality
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a comparable role
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and materials
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting construction documents, schematics, and blueprints
