Business Development Associate

The Assistant Shop Manager plays a vital role in the success of Take 5 Oil Change by providing exceptional customer service, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work with a dynamic group of individuals, and advance your career within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Check in with customers before they leave the shop to ensure their experience was satisfactory.
- Shop Operations: Assume responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in their absence, running the floor, and performing opening and closing procedures.
- Training and Development: Assist with training new employees, developing subordinates, and promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of oil change services and related processes.
- Physical Demands: Ability to maneuver in and out of a shallow pit, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
