Job Overview

We're seeking an Insurance Business Growth Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and developing new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume other job responsibilities as assigned by producer or department manager.
  • Keep producers fully informed of all important activities on their accounts.
  • Grow and develop talents and insurance knowledge to highest level possible.

This role will also involve collaborating with producers and carriers to provide quotes, process renewals, and prepare proposals for insurance coverage.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience working with large books of business on various sized accounts.
  • P & C License.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
