About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Alyssa Holloway - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

With a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus commission/bonus, you will have the opportunity to improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Able to anticipate customer needs.
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer.
