Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and labor control.
  • Ensure that all food products meet our brand's quality standards and are prepared in a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and improve existing recipes.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that we are receiving the highest quality ingredients at competitive prices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Manager's Food Handler's Card.
  • Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to efficiently operate in Microsoft Office Suite and email.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Strong communication and ability to work cohesively with all levels of management, all departments, and all co-workers in a team.
  • Basic cooking skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and speed.
