About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Honda Center. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring that all recipes and techniques are consistently followed.
  • Manage food inventory, verifying and checking levels daily to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients to meet business needs.
  • Provide on-hand counts to the Executive Chef and support the purchasing process by recommending order quantities based on business needs.
  • Assist with developing, implementing, and costing new recipes and menu items.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Managers to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and work in an environment with time constraints.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and presentation.
What We Offer
