Sales Operations Coordinator

The Sales Administration Specialist at Chalmers Ford Inc plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the details of vehicle transactions prior to their submission to the finance department. We are looking for a motivated and professional individual who possesses a strong drive for excellence. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills to succeed in our collaborative environment.
- Work Schedule: Four weekdays from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with one weekday off, and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounting functions
- Manage incoming calls, take messages, and deliver customer service
- Process documentation for both new and pre-owned vehicles
- Oversee inventory management and ensure precise record-keeping
- Identify and resolve issues related to vehicle transactions
- Occasionally fulfill receptionist duties
- Administer the sales queue and manage key control
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in an automotive dealership
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds Power is preferred
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong multitasking capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work retail hours
