ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position oversees federal funding and other financial resources for the program, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

The coordinator monitors market operators, providing updated forms, manuals, and policies to stakeholders. This role guarantees that markets possess the essential materials and equipment to fulfill all obligations (including provider agreements, audits, and training on electronic solutions). Additionally, the coordinator prepares financial and programmatic reports for analysis and federal funding purposes.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
Exceptional grammar and spelling skills, proficient computer abilities, and strong communication skills are essential. The candidate must be highly organized and demonstrate excellent customer service.

Experience with cloud-based applications is required. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a High School diploma accompanied by five years of relevant experience is preferred. Preferred Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities. High proficiency in computer software applications, particularly Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel for data management and analysis. Familiarity with statistical analysis software for managing large datasets is advantageous. Experience in presenting to large audiences is also required. Availability to work on Saturdays during the market season is necessary.
