  • Adhere to all operational and merchandise standards, including inventory management, pricing, and display maintenance.
  • Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve sales goals and support the needs of the business.
  • Participate in store recovery and maintenance activities as needed to ensure a safe and efficient shopping environment.
  • Support and promote credit and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Previous retail customer experience preferred, but not required.
