Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Coordinator to join our team at ARC Group. This role will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, building event packages, and ensuring seamless product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development Support: Conduct research to enhance the development of Pre/Post Cruise and company experiences, incorporating unique destination-specific offerings.
  • Inventory & Reservation Management: Build and manage event packages in the reservation system, overseeing inventory, pricing strategies, and rate negotiations.
  • Communication & Coordination: Coordinate weekly operations calls with operators, manage internal communication, and ensure guests receive accurate pre-arrival information.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operators and shipboard teams to ensure seamless product delivery, supporting training and onboarding efforts.
  • Event Execution & Support: Oversee the creation of events in internal systems to maximize visibility, support on-site event execution, and coordinate operational handovers.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Assist with other areas of the Destination Experiences Department, ensuring smooth operations across all offerings.
Requirements
  • Education/Experience: 4-year degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the tourism industry, preferably in luxury cruises or the hotel industry.
  • Language: Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Bilingual is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning and managing multiple systems.
  • Event Logistics: Must understand event logistics and demonstrate the ability to build and organize event details in online systems.
