  • Develop and manage event plans from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with Dolce&Gabbana's brand standards and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on all aspects of the event planning process, including event orders, prop sourcing, permits, and security.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all aspects are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Report effectively all the activations and events to regional and HQ teams.
  • Collaborate with the global team to secure approvals and ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines.
Budget Management:
  • Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting quality standards.
Vendor Coordination & Management:
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, including caterers, entertainment, and production companies, to secure the best services and pricing.
  • Manage relationships with event vendors, including caterers, decorators, AV technicians, and entertainment providers.
  • Liaison with vendors on contracts and payments.
Guest Relations:
  • Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs, and ensure a high level of customer service throughout the event.
  • Work with IM & PR Agencies to keep track of guest lists and attendees, reporting back on status and proactively making suggestions to ensure guest count is complete and to brand standards.
Post-Event Analysis:
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Track and analyze event performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure effective coverage of events through various media channels.
  • Provide actionable insights for future events.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5 + years of proven experience in event planning and management, preferably within the beauty or luxury sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive and focused professional team player
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Appreciation and understanding of the luxury industry
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support influencer events and local market efforts.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
