Position Overview:

As a pivotal leader in the Strategic Growth Team, you will spearhead the market evaluation, capture, and proposal execution for Federal-Civilian programs. This role involves managing intricate and varied relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Your ability to translate insights on current and future challenges within Federal-Civilian Cyber, IT Operations, and Cloud Operations missions into actionable business development strategies will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership in capture efforts, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients' most pressing challenges.
- Oversee strategic and tactical collaborations across major Sector-level pursuits, institutionalizing processes, artifacts, and best practices.
- Assist in forming and representing a diverse team to create, design, and implement teaming agreements and arrangements that mitigate risks while fostering effective, collaborative relationships.
- Inspire, motivate, and cultivate high-energy teams to excel throughout all stages of the capture process.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience leading significant or strategic capture initiatives, including Federal-Civilian, DoD, and Intelligence Community projects.
- Proven experience engaging with and operating at senior executive levels within industry and Federal Civilian government sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and acquisition practices relevant to the Federal Civilian market.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in acquisitions and solutions within Federal Civilian information technology, cybersecurity, and cloud mission areas.
- Familiarity with Shipley methodologies in capture or business development practices is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, engineering, or a technical discipline is preferred.
- Acquisition Training certifications are a plus.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
