As a pivotal member of the Strategic Growth Team, you will spearhead the market evaluation, capture strategies, and proposal execution for Federal Civilian programs. This role requires adept management of intricate and varied relationships with clients, team members, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will leverage your understanding of current and future challenges within Federal-Civilian Cyber, ITOps, and CloudOps missions to drive business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in capture efforts, delivering comprehensive solutions to address clients' most pressing challenges.
- Oversee sector-wide initiatives to establish structured win strategy support across all major sector-level pursuits, institutionalizing processes, artifacts, and best practices.
- Assist in cultivating and representing a diverse team to create, design, and implement effective win strategy practices that enhance competitive and successful proposals.
- Inspire and develop high-energy teams to excel throughout all phases of the capture process.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience leading significant or strategic capture initiatives, particularly within Federal Civilian or DoD and IC sectors.
- Proven experience engaging with senior executives in both industry and Federal Civilian government clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and acquisition practices within the Federal Civilian market.
- Possession of a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in acquisitions and solutions within Federal Civilian information technology, cybersecurity, and cloud mission areas.
- Familiarity with Shipley methodologies in capture or business development practices is preferred.
- Acquisition Training Certifications are a plus.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Compensation Overview
At Booz Allen, we recognize your contributions and provide you with choices that support your overall well-being. Full-time and part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible for our benefit programs.
Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 annually. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this role and is part of Booz Allen's total compensation package.
