About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Specialist to join our team at AEVEX Aerospace. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting and driving complex global, strategic-level operations against high-priority threats to U.S. national security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and Drive Operations: Directly support and drive complex global, strategic-level operations against high-priority threats to U.S. national security.
  • Research and Analysis: Research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets to generate leads and advance dynamic overseas operations.
  • Resource Allocation: Offer informed resource allocation recommendations to ensure maximum collection effectiveness.
  • Communication: Articulately communicate narratives through detailed briefings to senior leadership and colleagues within a multi-disciplinary, 24/7 intelligence operations center.
  • Information Capture: Capture salient, all-source information by authoring concise written summaries for future assessments.
  • Deployments: Take part in short-term, domestic and international client-sponsored deployments.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret security clearance and polygraph.
  • Experience: Experience with Targeting and/or operational case management preferred.
  • Intelligence Community: Experience in supporting HUMINT operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community a plus.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and communicate highly complex information accurately and clearly.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Communication: Comfortability with drafting and disseminating written reports and requests for information.
  • Briefings: Confidently deliver clear and concise briefings.
