The essence of this role lies in comprehending market dynamics and the technical trajectories of our clients, transforming customer insights into persuasive capture strategies and successful proposals. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of our clients' missions and objectives, particularly in the realm of Digital Modernization Services. They should have a comprehensive grasp of the entire capture lifecycle and demonstrate a history of identifying and executing successful capture strategies with federal entities.

This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing capture strategies, crafting solutions, positioning competitively, strategic pricing, and planning customer engagement to secure major program awards.
  2. Managing customer interactions and positioning; coordinating teaming efforts; and collaborating with internal business development teams.
  3. Driving growth by enhancing capabilities in Cloud Native application development, PaaS, and Business Process Modernization.

The candidate should have a robust understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and effective RFP shaping.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in capture-related roles.
  • Proven success in capturing and winning new business or prime RFPs exceeding $100M.
  • Experience leading competitive single award task order/new contract wins of over $50M.
  • Familiarity with complex federal acquisitions, particularly those overseen by GSA FEDSIM.
  • Experience implementing Shipley-based capture processes within a large systems integrator.
  • 5+ years of experience throughout the full capture lifecycle, with a strong focus on pricing strategies.
  • 3+ years of experience in pivot selling to expand capabilities in Cloud Native application development, PaaS, and Business Process Modernization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead disciplined capture efforts for large, complex IT Modernization projects.
  • Expertise in managing the Capture Process from opportunity identification through proposal development and closing.
  • Experience working with the FAR.
  • Eligibility to obtain a public trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Federal Civilian agency contracts and success across various federal government domains.

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Commitment to sound business ethics, including safeguarding proprietary and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications and CRM tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, TEAMS, and Microsoft Dynamics).
