Job Overview

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Insurance Office Administrator to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in helping local families in the community with their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a growing team of insurance professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide customers with accurate and timely documentation after property reviews, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Insurance Sales: Sell various insurance products and provide exceptional customer focus and service to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the agency's services and products.
  • Technical Skills: Possess expert-level computer knowledge and skills, including proficiency in insurance software and systems.
  • Licensing: Hold a valid Florida Insurance License 2-20 and/or 2-15, with a Health License required within 90 days.
