Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative

Brooks Insurance Services is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
Insurance Policy AdministrationPrepare and issue insurance documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Claims ManagementMonitor and process insurance claims in a timely and professional manner.
Upselling and Cross-SellingIdentify opportunities to offer additional products and services to existing clients, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
Continuing EducationStay up-to-date with industry developments and market changes through ongoing training and education.
Requirements- Licensing
Obtain and maintain the Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License.
Language ProficiencyFluency in both Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
Communication SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
Technical SkillsProficient in sales administration tasks and computer software applications.
