About Project Harmony

Project Harmony is a leading child advocacy center dedicated to providing effective, immediate, and sensitive support to child abuse victims and their non-offending family members. We are committed to a vision of ending the cycle of child abuse and neglect, and we are seeking talented individuals who share our passion and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement HR programs to drive business results, including talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration
  • Provide strategic support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) and other retirement plans
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, including employee handbook and organizational policies
  • Monitor and administer leaves of absence, including FMLA, ADA/ADAA, STD/LTD, and Workers' Compensation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on generalist roles
  • HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferred
