Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a Territory Account Manager to expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.

  1. Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests, familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  2. New business development and Client acquisition/Account development.
  3. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare.
  4. Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.

The ideal candidate has superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record, heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge with experience in B2B sales preferred.
