Job Summary

The Loudoun United FC & Segra Field team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our corporate partnerships sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business revenue and developing strategic partnerships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations to sell sponsorship assets, including on-site signage, event digital platforms, media, and experiential space packages.
  • Negotiate and prepare contract terms of partnerships with input from finance and legal teams.
  • Achieve sponsorship sales revenue goals and maximize the sale of fully integrated sponsorships in all major categories.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to execute partnership programs and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute partnership pitch presentations and proposals to new and existing clients.
  • Activate and fulfill partnership elements, including signage, community, tickets, hospitality, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Understanding of social media marketing and the digital space.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM.
  • Ability to maintain great client/customer relations and work in a team setting.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate both orally and written with staff, guests, and clients.
