Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to our customers using our C.H.A.R.M service model, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Team Leadership: Proactively contribute to creating a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration, open communication, and a culture of excellence.
  • Store Operations: Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines, ensuring follow-up on daily activities and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and assist in various departments within the store, including consumer service, product knowledge, and visual presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations, including stock replenishment, pricing, and markdown processes.
  • Asset Protection: Adhere to Crocs Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 2-3 years of total retail experience, with a preference for candidates with previous store leadership roles.
  • Communication Skills: Proven communication skills (written and verbal) to store team, operations managers, District Managers, and corporate partners.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance being essential.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment, climb and descend ladders, lift 30 pounds or more with assistance, and stand for long periods.
