* Negotiate and prepare contract terms of partnerships with input from finance and legal teams
* Achieve sponsorship sales revenue goals and maximize the sale of fully integrated sponsorships in all major categories
* Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to execute partnership programs and campaigns
* Plan and execute partnership pitch presentations and proposals to new and existing clients
* Activate and fulfill partnership elements, including signage, community, tickets, hospitality, etc.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Understanding of social media marketing and the digital space
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM
* Ability to maintain great client/customer relations and work in a team setting
* Ability to effectively and professionally communicate both orally and written with staff, guests, and clients
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and make sound decisions quickly
* Excellent time management, organization and customer service skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
