Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys and case managers with daily operational tasks.

  • Maintain accurate records of actions taken during the intake process.
  • Ensure completeness of case files with all relevant findings documented.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and a customer-service orientation.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive situations with discretion.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience as a Corporate Legal Support Specialist is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
