ROLE SUMMARY
The Culinary Service Associate is responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food in accordance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts food preparation tasks including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
  • Measures and weighs ingredients accurately.
  • Transports food items safely between workstations, cooking areas, and storage.
  • Stores food appropriately, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Distributes necessary supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Follows approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
  • Provides friendly and efficient service to customers, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Ensures compliance with service standards and inventory management procedures.
  • Adheres to all sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
