Job Description: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to our clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive technical assistance to end users regarding Windows operating systems (OS 10) and Microsoft Office Suite applications within an enterprise setting.
  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware components, and peripherals.
  • Configure and set up new hardware devices and integrate them into existing systems.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Desk Side Support team to execute large-scale deployments of IT equipment (IMACs).
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues effectively.
  • Manage hardware and software upgrades, ensuring seamless implementation and troubleshooting any arising problems.
  • Provide remote technical support to users experiencing software or hardware difficulties.
  • Repair and diagnose Windows desktop and laptop computers at a component level.
  • Perform repairs on PC-level peripherals, including printers, scanners, and other devices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing prompt and courteous assistance to users.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer computer inventory, replacements, and repairs.
  • Assess reported issues to determine the root cause and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware problems at the PC level. Order necessary parts from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
  • Deliver services efficiently to meet customer service level agreements (SLAs).
