DNV is currently in search of a Program Support Specialist to assist our Energy Efficiency and Clean Energy initiatives. The main goal of this program is to aid clients in minimizing energy usage, reducing costs, and enhancing environmental sustainability. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, contractors, and property owners to facilitate the application process for program incentives.

This hybrid position is based at our DNV office, offering a flexible schedule where employees typically spend three (3) days per week working from either a DNV office or client location. Specific role requirements will be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt, precise, and timely data entry of project activities and program documentation, playing a crucial role in maintaining organized records.
  • Manage application data entry, oversee databases, and perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure the accuracy and relevance of information.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to organize effective team and client meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking action items, and following up to ensure smooth operations.
  • Field and log telephone calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers and contractors, providing quick and efficient responses.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of application submissions and supporting project documents, seek approvals for project funding, and submit projects for incentive payments upon completion.
  • Assist with invoicing to ensure financial processes align with program standards. As a committed team player, communicate effectively within the team to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Participate in outreach events to promote energy efficiency, clean energy initiatives, and refrigerant replacement programs.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Business or a related field, or three (3) years of relevant professional experience in administrative services.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), along with strong customer service, organizational, grammar, and spelling skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with local and national team members.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure in time-sensitive situations and remain productive during slower periods.
  • Ability to take direction from multiple sources and perform diverse tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation and team spirit.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Pre-employment drug and background screening will be conducted.
