Business Development Representative

About the Role:
- Manage customer accounts daily
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential new customers
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by agreed deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries
- Update daily activity in CRM in real-time
- Set follow-up appointments and keep customers informed of the latest developments
- Create sales materials and products to present to customers
Requirements:
- Must live in the Metro Detroit Area
- Must have previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
