Job Summary
We are PepsiCo North America Beverages, a leading beverage company in the US, and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a District Sales Leader Designate at Frito-Lay.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth, while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $75,000-$125,000, depending on experience and performance.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead a team of 10-15 Route Sales Representatives and be responsible for all aspects of running a sales district, including managing routes, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
You will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and other external partners to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead a team of Route Sales Representatives and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Manage routes and ensure efficient delivery of products to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a sales environment
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationships, and operations management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
