Coverage and Training Specialist

As a Coverage and Training Specialist at Office Pride, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our employees are well-prepared for their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the High Profile Account Coordinator to develop coverage plans that meet 100% of customer needs.
- Learn and familiarize yourself with each customer site within your assigned geographical area to ensure seamless coverage.
- Deliver comprehensive training to new employees, following our 3-day training process and utilizing the Right Hand Method for efficiency.
- Train employees on our Office Pride Color Coded Microfiber System to prevent cross-contamination.
- Provide coverage hours at assigned facilities.
Requirements:
- Janitorial industry experience preferred.
- Prior training experience preferred.
- Weekend and evening availability required.
