Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse-Family Partnership Program Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of first-time parents and their babies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide home visiting services to first-time parents and their families, focusing on maternal and early childhood health.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to ensure access to resources and services for clients.
  • Collaborate with a team of Nurse Home Visitors and a Nurse Supervisor to achieve program goals and outcomes.
  • Participate in professional development and training to maintain expertise in nursing practice and program model.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or an Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) with a commitment to pursuing a BSN within 5 years.
  • Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to travel to Denver, CO for in-person education sessions.
