We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Examiner Trainee to join our growing team. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of claims examination, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

What You'll Do
  • Participate in structured training programs to master the fundamentals of claims examination, including policy interpretation, coverage analysis, and claims processing procedures.
  • Assist in investigating property insurance claims by gathering relevant information through interviews with policyholders and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate damages and losses to determine appropriate coverage based on policy terms and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with experienced adjusters to analyze claim files, prepare detailed reports, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with insureds, contractors, and other parties involved in the claims process, providing updates and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all claim-related communication and documentation, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of property claims and insurance policies through ongoing workshops and training sessions.
What You'll Bring

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or automotive claims preferred.
  • Strong adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to effectively handle inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
