Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth investigations and evaluations of PIP claims, ensuring compliance with Florida's legal framework and insurance regulations.
  • Skillfully manage and negotiate settlements to mitigate the company's risk exposure.
  • Engage with claimants, healthcare providers, legal representatives, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective claims resolution.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of claims in the designated claims management system.
  • Provide timely updates on claim status and progress to all relevant parties.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about PIP claims and Florida's insurance laws.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 to 7 years of specialized experience in handling PIP claims in Florida.
  • Possession of an active Florida adjusting license is mandatory.
  • In-depth understanding of Florida's insurance regulations, particularly those pertaining to PIP.
  • A Bachelor's degree is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
