  • Investigate and evaluate PIP claims, assessing coverage and liability in compliance with Florida statutes and regulations.
  • Effectively manage and negotiate claim settlements while controlling the company's exposure.
  • Interact with claimants, medical providers, attorneys, and other parties to efficiently resolve claims.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed claim documentation in our claims handling system.
  • Ensure timely communication of claim status and developments to all stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development related to PIP claims and Florida insurance regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 7+ years of experience specifically handling PIP claims in Florida.
  • Active FL adjusting license required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Florida's insurance regulations, especially those relating to PIP.
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
